Hi, I’m Lizabeth, and I’ve adopted new ways of living in my own journey of health evolution. I am a single mother of two who created her own home in the woods of Northern Vermont as a safe haven to raise her children after being surprised by my then-husband wanting a divorce. I found my way down a long and winding road of experiences that I am still amazed by and learning from. During the last 18 years as a massage therapist, workshop leader, and yoga and meditation instructor, my interests in healthy soulful living after muriad health challenges has led me around the globe to India, Thailand and Nepal to study with master teachers to be steeped in these healing cultures. As my well-being evolved, I’ve turned to sharing my insights and experiences with my local community in a deeper way, taking our yoga classes off the mat, into everyday life and birthing Inner Sanctuary Self Care.
